  1. Early Bird Discount – only applicable for 20 days and 28 days  Standard & Premium Twin meal booked at least one month in advance.
  2. Customer has choice of  Steamed Rice, Brown Rice or Steamed Rice with Pumpkin.
  3. Classic Package  include free Ginger Tea for Lunch meal & Longan Red Date Tea  for Dinner meal
  4. Meals Delivery Time: Lunch will be between 11am to 1pm. Dinner will be between 4pm to 7pm.
  5. No service during Lunar New Year (Eve and first 3 days)
  6. Payment Terms:
    • 15% deposit (non-refundable) upon confirmation of service for Confinement Package.
    • The Order will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Balance payment is payable on the 1st days of service. We reserved the right to terminate the service if payment is not made by the 3rd day of service.
  7. ERP charges applied if delivery area falls within ERP zone. Delivery only applicable to Singapore mainland.
  8. Mode of Payment: By Cheque or by Bank Transfer
  9. Termination:
    • Standard and Premium Confinement Package:
      • No additional charges if notice is given 5 working days prior to the confirmed delivery date,
      • If notice is served after the start of delivery, at least 5 working days advance notice with company acknowledgment. And all Consumed meals will be charged at rate:
        • $35 per meal for standard confinement package
        • $50 per meal for premium confinement package
        • and $50 for an administrative fee
    • No early termination for Classic Confinement package
  10. Menu
    • As some of the ingredients are seasonal and subject to availability, substitution and change of menu may be necessary to ensure your order deliver on time. We will substitute a similar dish of an equivalent or a greater value, but we will ensure you get the same nutritious food.
    • We reserve the right to change the menus and prices without prior notice.
  11. Cancellation
    • We allow two time cancellation. Customer must notify us one day in advance before 3 pm
    • All cancelled meals will be replaced. No cash refund will be given.
  12. Delivery Packaging
    • 3 Thermal Tub and 1 Flash will be on loan to customers every day for exchange during the service period. The Customer is responsible for the cleanliness, lost and damage of the loaned food thermal tub ($25.00) and Flask ($25).
    • The last day or trial meal will be served in the microwaveable containers.
