Happy-mummy confinement food menus are specially designed to cater to the needs of the modern woman after birth; the balanced diet without additional calories with guidelines provided by the dietitian, nutritionist. The chef will ensure adequate portions served for lunch and dinner that meets new mum daily needs.

Our food menus are reviewed periodically and sampling by our key management to ensure that our menus cater for different customers’ needs. We balance the Confinement Menus with a combination of Modern and Traditional dishes; adding ingredients like ginger, lotus seed, TCM confinement herbs for the nourishing need for postnatal mum.

Our confinement secret recipe is offered the choice of the healthy home cooking style strictly no deep fry with less oil (used only sesame) and less salt. The confinement meals may look ordinary, however, the freshness of the ingredients with functional properties would make the flavour and nutrition locked within. We offer the only quality of confinement lunch and dinner.

During the confinement period, as a wife and mother of the family, caring for the other love one in the family is just as an important; especially the daily meals. The portion indicated in the confinement food menu is catered for the new mother herself.
